Many of us have read and admired the 5-award winner of last year’s Orion Awards. Those who have read her works like His Son’s Father and this year’s repeatedly nominated On Becoming an Axiom, can note her characterization and her perfect diction. But behind those words and the title of Judge Coordinator of the Orion Awards, there is a young woman with a job and a husband.
